You are cordially invited to participate in the Thousand Oaks Rotary Club's 23rd Annual Wine & Beer Festival scheduled for Saturday, August 25, 2024 at the Westlake Yacht Club from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

This will be the 23rd year the Thousand Oaks Rotary Club has sponsored a fundraiser with the Ventura County Special Olympics as the major beneficiary. The Wine & Beer Festival is an afternoon of Wine & Food Tasting, Auctions, Music, and Fun. More than 450 people attended last year's event where we raised over $65,000. Ventura County Special Olympics provides year-round training and competition for more than 700 special needs children and adults with varying degrees of ability. It is sports in its truest sense; the goal is not to win, but to try - to experience. All earn an award, a cheer and a sincere "well done".

Thousand Oaks Rotary would be delighted to provide your company with the following publicity opportunities if you confirm your participation by Monday July 3rd, 2024.
• Name inclusion on all event advertising.
Name inclusion on Screen Banner. If available.
Inclusion in all event press releases distributed to local media.
• Listed in Event Program.
• Signage at Booth
• Recognition from the Podium.
• A highly visible location with one 8 ft. table for serving. 2 chairs, skirting for distributing samples.
• Wine glasses, for patrons.
• Beverage companies will be supplied with water, to insure clean sanitary tasting.

• The opportunity to support Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks Foundation and Ventura Special Olympics.

In return, your company will need to provide the following:
• Set-up time for your booth is 2:00 p.m. day of event.
• Knowledgeable servers and professional display from 1:00 PM-5:00 PM (Aug 25, 2024) .
(More than 4 Servers must be pre approved by Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks Foundation Event Committee prior to event)
• A sufficient amount of product to provide tasting samples for 250 to 400 people.
• All necessary serving dishes, buckets and equipment.
• Distribution of literature and business cards to showcase your products. • Copy of Liability Insurance

Donation of a certificate, basket, wine, etc. for the Silent Auction. Another great way to market your business and get additional exposure and also contribute to the success of the Silent Auction which will allow us to continue to support the needs of the Ventura County Special Olympics.
